This is our biggest selling jelly in the moonshine collection—made with chardonnay wine, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, this jelly is one that’s hard to keep in stock. Used on toast or over crepes, this is a very special jelly. We won best dessert jelly at the Boston Dessert Expo 2013 with all our wine jellies, but this was the biggest seller by far.
Picked up a jar at the Westport Wine, Chocolate & Cheese festival last month. Used this jelly mixed with some aged blackberry vinegar to glaze a chili rubbed pork tenderloin on the grill….absolutely delicious! Will definitely be purchasing again! Looking forward to coming up with some creative recipes 🙂
