Made the same way as our blueberry jam but with some fresh rhubarb added. It has a great blueberry taste with that hint of tart rhubarb. A favorite every fall.

That looks fantastic. How could they not love rhurabb and strawberry?Your story reminds me of one time when I was making brownies. I melted the butter and chocolate together, then realized I didn’t have any flour! Luckily I hadn’t mixed in the eggs yet, so I turned it into chocolate fondue.
