All of our jams and jellies are made with the freshest fruits available. In the summer months, we use locally grown fruits and berries and some, like cranberries, are organic. During the winter months, we use the finest frozen fruits. Our unique family recipes have traveled through the generations from Prince Edward Island (Canada) to Plymouth, MA and from cherished customers who have shared their special recipes with us. Of course, a handful of these tasty recipes are crafted as we go. We also use alcohol in some of our jams to enhance the fruit’s natural flavor; the alcohol burns off, but the flavor of the fruit explodes! Raspberry rum is our biggest seller—there is nothing like a drunk raspberry on a piece of cheese with a cracker or a dip for sea scallops. Blackberry Brandy is another favorite of our customers. When added to BBQ sauce, it can turn a plain burger into a gourmet meal. All of our jams and jellies can be used in cooking or added to a salad dressing for a little something to take your dish to new heights of satisfaction.
